Power Smoothie with Multigrain Sattu

Ingredients:

  • Wholesomehealthy Multigrain sattu.

  • Milk.

  • Ripe banana.

  • Berries.

  • Honey.

  • Chia seeds / Flex seeds.

Prepare sattu with your favorite toppings

Preparation Steps:

  • Select 3-4 tablespoons of your preferred wholesome Sattu (Multigrain Sattu, Poha Sattu, or Chana Sattu).

  • Adjust sweetness with sugar or jaggery powder to your taste.

  • Add a pinch of salt.

  • Pour in 1 cup of milk or water.

  • Incorporate fresh fruits (apple, banana, mango) and berries of your choice.

  • Also can add grated coconut.

  • Mix it well.

  • Your nutritious Sattu is ready to be served.

Spicy Chana Sattu Drink

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Chana sattu

  • 2 cups Chilled water

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

  • Black salt to taste

  • ½ teaspoon Roasted Cumin powder

  • 1 teaspoon Raw Mango (Grated)

  • 1 teaspoon Mint leaves (Chopped)

  • 1 Green chili (Chopped)

Preparation Steps:

  • Add all the ingredients in a jug and mix well.

  • Serve in glasses along with some ice cubes.

  • Garnish with more mint leaves.

Poha Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 tablespoons of Wholesomehealthy Poha Sattu

  • 1 cup of Water

  • Jaggery or Sugar as per the taste

  • 1/2 cup of Milk

  • 1 teaspoon of Ghee

  • Chopped dry fruits of your choice

Preparation Steps:

  • Thoroughly mix poha sattu with water.

  • Place the pan on heat, add the mixture, and incorporate sugar or jaggery while stirring continuously.

  • After 3-4 minutes, introduce milk and continue to stir.

  • Once the porridge begins to thicken, add ghee and dry fruits, ensuring thorough mixing.

  • Remove from heat and serve the porridge in a bowl.
